Complaint

In the event of a complaint, please contact us first by email. Please also include photos. We will then resolve your case. If the complaint is due to incorrect items or printing errors, we will arrange a replacement immediately.

Items marked with (RA) from the sale category are excluded from exchange and return.

Exchange & Return

You have the right to return an item within 14 days without giving any reason. Please send us an email with your order number in the subject line and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. After our confirmation, please carefully package the return and send it back to us. In this case, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. Exchanges are also possible. Please also email us your exchange request, including your order number.
